Service descriptions are informational. Final scope, pricing, and timing are confirmed at intake or in writing. We may refuse work that is unsafe, unlawful, or outside our craft.

Appointments and drop-offs should arrive on time. Late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled. Cancellations should be communicated as early as practical so bench time can be reused.

Liability for services is limited to the fullest extent permitted by Portugal law. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer law.
